Rosario has returned to Margie Strub Construction Law LLP as an articling student for the 2024-2025 year. During his time as a summer student in 2023, he had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of disputes, including those involving light rail transit and major infrastructure projects.
Rosario earned both his bachelor’s degree and JD at Queen’s University. As a law student, he was actively engaged with the Queen’s Construction Law Club, rejoining as club president in his second year. As club president, Rosario organized discussion panels and informational seminars for law students at Queen’s University, collaborating with various construction lawyers with a wide range of experiences from both the public and private sectors.
Prior to law school, Rosario worked in construction as a labourer. His time on site provided him with valuable experience and insight into the challenges that may arise during construction projects. These experiences have allowed him to find solutions that align with clients’ real-world needs on construction projects.
