Daniel is an associate at Margie Strub Construction Law LLP, where he is building a diverse construction practice. His focus includes dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, contract drafting and negotiation. Daniel is committed to providing exceptional client service and finding efficient, cost-effective solutions.

Before joining the firm, Daniel worked for a large multinational insurance carrier where he gained valuable experience representing individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation matters, including construction defects, product liability, property damage, breach of contract, fraud, and personal injury.

Daniel has experience at all stages of the litigation process, from examinations for discovery and settlement conferences to motions, mediations, pre-trials, and trials. He has regularly appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

During law school, Daniel worked as a research assistant, where he conducted extensive legal research on Canadian Private Law in the late 20th Century. He also volunteered at Pro Bono Students Canada, where he assisted underserved community members with small claims court matters.
