
As an Associate, Rosario brings a strong academic background and interest in construction lawto our firm Associate. During his time as a student at Margie Strub, Rosario gained valuable
experience evaluating lien claims and working on complex construction issues involving light rail
transit and major infrastructure projects in Ontario.
Rosario earned both his bachelor’s degree and JD at Queen’s University. As a law student, he
was actively engaged with the Queen’s Construction Law Club, rejoining as club president in his
second year. As club president, Rosario organized discussion panels and informational seminars
for law students at Queen’s University, collaborating with various construction lawyers with a
wide range of experiences from both the public and private sectors.
Prior to law school, Rosario worked in construction as a labourer. His time on site provided him
with valuable experience and insight into the challenges that may arise during construction
projects. These experiences have allowed him to find solutions that align with clients’ real-world
needs on construction projects.
In his free time, Rosario enjoys golf and racquet sports such as tennis, squash and pickleball or
trying new foods around the city.
