As an Associate, Rosario brings a strong academic foundation and a focused interest in construction law to the firm. He returned to the firm as an associate after completing both a summer and articling term, during which he gained valuable experience assessing lien claims and assisting on complex construction matters, including light rail transit and other major infrastructure projects across Ontario. Rosario has worked on a broad range of construction-related matters, from custom home and commercial construction projects to general project advisory work and large-scale infrastructure developments.
Rosario earned both his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. During law school, he was actively involved with the Queen’s Construction Law Club, ultimately serving as Club President in his second year. In this role, Rosario organized panel discussions and educational seminars for law students, collaborating with construction lawyers from both the public and private sectors. He brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to his work and is committed to supporting clients throughout all stages of construction projects.
Prior to law school, Rosario worked in construction as a labourer. His on-site experience provides valuable insight into the practical challenges that arise during construction projects and informs his ability to develop solutions aligned with clients’ real-world needs.
